Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch every order as quickly and carefully as possible, ensuring your pieces arrive beautifully packaged and ready to be loved.

Standard Delivery (UK)

Delivery Time: 3–5 working days

Our standard delivery service is available across the UK. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Next Day Delivery (UK) - before 1pm

Delivery Time: Next working day

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Important Information
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• During new collection launches, promotions and busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.
