Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. During collection launches and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to amend your order, please contact us at hello@capriandgigi.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our very best to help.

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £150.

Tracking Your Order

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.



Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK orders.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return, please email hello@capriandgigi.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently recommend placing a new order for your preferred item and returning the original item for a refund.

Are returns free?

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Additional Information

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our collections are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Any future restocks will be announced on our website and social media, so we recommend checking back regularly or signing up for updates.
